Planning Pros is a trading name of CAPITAL CONSERTUS GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration No. 14934657.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CAPITAL CONSERTUS GROUP LTD trading as Planning Pros, and "you" refers to the client or website visitor.

2. Scope of Service

We provide independent town planning consultancy and strategic development advice, including site appraisals, planning strategy, preparation and submission of planning applications, and appeals.

All planning approvals are determined exclusively by the relevant Local Planning Authority (or, on appeal, the Planning Inspectorate). We do not and cannot guarantee that any application, appeal or other submission will be approved, or the timescale within which a decision will be made.

The specific services, fees and deliverables for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Fees and Third-Party Costs

Our consultancy fees are as agreed in writing for each engagement. Council planning application fees, Community Infrastructure Levy, and the costs of third-party consultants or surveys are payable by the client and are not included in our fees unless expressly stated.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with our services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the direct fees you have paid to us for the consultancy services giving rise to the claim.

We accept no liability for third-party council application fees, decisions made by Local Planning Authorities or the Planning Inspectorate, project delays, or any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of land value or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategy reports, site appraisals, planning statements, drawings prepared by us, and website materials remain the copyright of CAPITAL CONSERTUS GROUP LTD.

Upon payment of our fees in full, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use documents prepared for your project solely for the purposes of that project. Website content may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
