The Development

Installation of cladding over the ground floor and new doors and windows at ground floor level for Wahed Invest Ltd, a financial services company based in central London.

The Proposal

The client proposed external alterations to the shop front, comprising of toughened glass set in white aluminium frames, glazed double doors, and over-cladding on the existing brickwork with anthracite grey external cladding.

A Sustainable Design Statement was completed by Planning Pros to support the proposal as per validation requirements.
