Installation of cladding over the ground floor and new doors and windows at ground floor level for Wahed Invest Ltd, a financial services company at 87-89 Baker Street, Marylebone.
The Proposal
The client proposed external alterations to the shop front, comprising of toughened glass set in white aluminium frames, glazed double doors, and over-cladding on the existing brickwork with anthracite grey external cladding.
Our Role
A Sustainable Design Statement was completed by Planning Pros to support the proposal as per validation requirements.
Result
Completed and submitted.
